Introduced in 1986 as a Curvaceous Response to the Markets Views on TVR’s Polarising Wedge Designs, the S1 was Very Reminiscent of the Pre-Wedge ‘TVR 3000S’, but brought with it Improved Performance, and Uprated Designs.

Capable of a 7 Second 0-60mph Sprint and a Top Speed of 140mph (225kmph), the Light Weight TVR has a Factory Power to Weight Ratio of 177hp/ton! With a Glass Reinforced Polyester Resin Body, Draped over the Multi-Tubular Steel Backbone Chassis the TVR was a Lithe Competitor.
