 LOW MILEAGE LIGHT BRONZE BEAUTY

1984’s New Corvette C4 boasted a Complete New Chassis Design known as Uniframe Construction, rather than the Previous Separate Body on Chassis Design. In the Pursuit of Weight Reduction, the Front Coil Spring Suspension of the Previous Model was Replaced with a Fibreglass Composite Single Transverse Leaf Spring and an Anti-Sway Bar, the Body was No Longer Fibreglass Construction but SMC (Sheet Moulded Composite) and the C3’s Cast-Iron Brake Calipers were Replaced with Aluminium ones Further Reducing Unsprung Weight and Improving Suspension Performance.

This Low Mileage 1985 Left Hand Drive C4 finished in ‘Light Bronze’ was imported from the US, and gained ADR Compliance in December 2019. The State of Indiana Certificate of Title dated 4/12/16 indicates that the Odometer Reading of 026523 was correct. As a result it Presents Well Sitting Proudly on Correct 16 inch ‘Salad Shooter’ Alloy Wheels. The Cockpit Interior is complete with the ‘Multi-Function’ Electric Seats in ‘Saddle’ Cloth, with ‘Saddle’ Door Trim, ‘Corvette’ Embossed Headrests, and Matching Carpets, whilst the LCD Digital Instrument Panel monitors the Vitals. The RPO (Regular Production Options) label confirms all of the Vehicle Specific Build Options fitted.

The Power Train Comprises the L98 Tuned Port Injection 350 cubic inch Small Block Chev, Rated at 230BHP, Mated to the GM 4 Speed Automatic Transmission. Whilst the Auto was the Standard Transmission fitted there was a Doug Nash 4+3 Manual Transmission also available as an Option.
