The Triumph TR6 is the final evolution of the body styled by Michelotti which began with the TR4. The TR6, powered by the TR5’s New 2.5L Six Cylinder Engine, Fed by Either Lucas Mechanical Fuel Injection or Twin Stromberg Carburettors was capable of up to 150BHP from new.

This Australian Delivered TR6 Presents Exceptionally Well Inside and Out, Finished in Dark Blue, with Lovely Black Interior Trim and a Wood-Grain Dash & Period Sports Steering Wheel. Equipped with a Zip Out Rear Window, Quality Fabric Soft Top and Wind-Up Windows, this TR6 is ready to be Used No Matter the Conditions.

On Road Performance from the 2.5L Mechanical Fuel Injected Engine will Delight the Triumph Enthusiast and Coupled with the 4 Speed Gearbox with Overdrive makes for Spirited Motoring and Long Legged Cruising. The Independent Rear Suspension Provides a Significantly Better Ride Quality than Earlier Live Rear Axle TR models. The Rack and Pinion Steering Gives Both Light and Accurate Steering with Good Driver Feedback.

To Enhance the TR6 a Reduction Drive Starter Motor has been fitted, Improving Engine Cranking Speed for Easier, and More Reliable Starting. The Injectors were Serviced in Early 2018 and at the same time an Improved Ignition system was also installed Providing a Stronger and More Consistent Spark.

This Triumph is a Superb Example of the TR6 Range, Perfectly Suited to Top-Down Weekend Drives Through the Hills or even Long Range GT Driving out on the Open Road.
