1970 MGB MkII ROADSTER

LMCT 7819
SN: 3607

The World’s Most Popular Two-Seater Sports Car for decades, the MGB was unveiled in 1962, and saw continuous production for 18 years, in which time the Simple Mechanicals, Stylish Body Work and Reliability Earned it the Reputation of a Fiercely Competitive yet Cost Effective ‘Club Car’.

This White MkII started life as an American delivered example, before finding it’s way to Australia, where it was converted to Right Hand Drive and has been Well Loved, and Improved since.

Major Improvements include the Fitment: of a New Alternator, a Spin-On Oil Filter Conversion, a Thermatic Fan, a CD Player, a ‘Griplite’ Leather bound Steering Wheel, Chrome Wire Wheels and a Toyota 5 Speed Gearbox.

Stowed in the boot is a Black Vinyl Tonneau with Headrest and Steering Wheel allowances, as well as a Collapsible Soft Top also in Black Vinyl, both without rips or tears, in very serviceable condition.

The finished package is an extremely user-friendly ‘B’ with Strong Engine Performance complimented by the Smooth and Bullet-Proof 5 Speed Transmission, allowing for confidence inspiring motoring, whether it be long range touring, or tight twisting tracks.
