V8 EXECUTIVE SALOON

Built between 1962-1969 Daimler took the Already Successful Jaguar MkII platform, and fitted it with their 2.5L V8 (from the fibreglass Daimler SP250) Producing 142 BHP. The New Daimler 250 was a 4 Door Saloon Capable of Cruising up to Speeds in Excess of 110mph. Production of the 250 Sedan Finished in 1969 with a Total of almost 18,000 Units Built since 1962, it was at the time, Daimler’s Most Successful Model.

Australian Delivered in 1967, this Lovely Daimler was the subject of a Bare Metal Repaint and Interior Re-Trim in 2000. Presenting Well 20 Years Later, the Classically Styled 250 Sedan Looks the Part with it’s Bright White Bodywork Complemented by the Chrome Accents.

The Light Cream Leather Interior, with its Large Faced Speedometer and Tachometer as well as Timber Veneer Dash & Door Trim Capping Evokes both Performance and Class. The Daimler was Truly a Luxury Executive Saloon of the Period for those who Preferred a little More Exclusivity than a Jaguar 240.

The V8 Engine has Adequate Period Performance, a Smooth and Comfortable Ride Befitting a Vehicle of its Character. What better way to Spend Time with Family and Friends than Touring in Classic Style to your Best Local Wineries/Restaurants, or even along the Coastal Roads.
