The Iconic Mk2 is Jaguar’s Archetype Sports Sedan with its Enduring Shape, Style and Performance. Released in 1957 with Production Continuing Until 1967, a Total of 83,976 Examples were Produced, Including 2.4L, 3.4L and 3.8L Variants All Available with Either Automatic or Manual Transmissions.

This Australian Delivered Jaguar Mk2 3.4 Litre Manual/OverDrive was Delivered New by Peter Menere Motors P/L of St Kilda Street Brighton on 8th December 1964. Finished in Dark British Racing Green with a Complementing Green Leather Interior, Refurbished Burr Walnut Dashboard & Door Cappings and Sparkling Chrome Wire Wheels, this Mk2 Looks The Part.

In December 2017 the Engine was Completely Reconditioned, and the Gearbox was Inspected and Overhauled As Required by Peninsula Jag Engine Centre in Kooralbyn Queensland. The Receipts for the Engine Rebuild Contains a Comprehensive Breakdown of the Parts, Machining and Labour Costs Amounting to Just Over $18,000.

The File Accompanying the Mk2 Contains the Original ‘Jaguar Periodic Maintenance Book’, an ‘Operating, Maintenance and Service Handbook’, a CD Containing Pictures of the Engine Rebuild and Receipts Dating Back to 1984 for Service and Mechanical Repairs Carried Out by Various Jaguar Specialists.
