Produced Between October 1963 and March 1968 a Total of 17,712 Austin Healey 3000 MkIII’s were Built, with the Production Split into Three ‘Phases’ Denoting Major Production Changes.

Phases I’s Retained the MkIIA’s Chassis, with the Engine Uprated by way of Larger Carbs and a Hotter Camshaft, while the Interior now Featured a Two Panel Wooden Dash and a Center Console. Phases II’s Received a Re-Profiled Chassis for Superior Clearance, Radius Arms Replacing the Panhard Rod and Improved Front Disc Brakes. Phases III’s Received Twin Front Park & Indicator Lamps.

This Ivory White over Navy Blue Phases II is One Of Just 91, 3000 MkIII’s Built in Right Hand Drive for the Export Market, and managed to Find it’s Way to Australia in Just 3 years, Arriving in Victoria in 1967.

A Well Known Example within the Australian Healey Clubs due to its Rarity, this Original Right Hand Drive 3000 MkIII is Mechanically Original in Specification, however Performs Above Expectation, with Ample, Smooth Power, a Lovely Center Shift Gearbox and Power Assisted Brakes.
