A LOVELY PULL OUT DOOR HANDLE ‘B’

On its Release in 1962 the MGB became an Instant Success. The New Monocoque Body Provided a Much Stronger Body Unit Assembly when Compared to all Previous MG’s which had Separate Body and Chassis. The Modern Clean and Smooth Styling was a Departure from the Classic Square Rigger Styling of the MG “T” Series, Produced between 1936 and 1955.

This Australian Assembled, MGB MkI is a Smart Example, Finished in it’s Original Nurburg White with Complementing Black Trim, and Soft Top with a Contrasting After-Market Chrome Roll-Bar.

Mechanically the Engine has been Replaced with the Slightly Later, Updated ’18GB’ 5 Main Bearing Variant, a Vast Improvement on the Earlier 3 Main Bearing Examples, that were Prone to High Levels of Wear in Short Periods of Time.

Together with the Smooth Four Speed Gearbox, the Lively 1798cc Four Cylinder Engine delivers Good Period Performance. The Rack and Pinion Steering provides Light and Accurate Steering with Positive, Reassuring Feedback for the driver.

Wind Up Windows, Pivoting Quarter Vents, an Optional Smiths Heater and a Stowable Soft Top will all help to keep you On Track, No Matter the Conditions.
