In the Late 90’s a Victorian Healey Enthusiast Devised an Idea to Build a ‘Modern Healey’, One With a Modern EFI Straight Six, Rack & Pinion Steering, a Modern Transmission and the Comforts of Electric Windows, a Modern Heater and Comfortable Seats with Headrests.

The Prototype was Built, Thoroughly Tested and Eventually Sold, to Make Way for this, ‘Nealey’ Special. Starting with a 3000 MkIIA, in Need of Restoration, the Healey was Purpose Built from the Ground Up, Utilising the Gained Knowledge From the Prototype to Create this Superb Healey/Nissan Hybrid.

Powered by a Nissan RB30, Producing 114kW and Near 250Nm in Standard Form, this 3.0L EFI Straight Six Fitted with a Nice Set of Extractors Provides Smooth & Strong Performance, which, when Transferred Through the 5 Speed All Synchro Gearbox to the Rear Wheels is More Than Capable of Propelling the Lightweight British Classic Rapidly Down the Road.

Fitted with Power Assisted 3000 MkIII (BJ8) Brakes, Rack & Pinion Steering and Telescopic Shock Front & Rear, Providing a Safe, Comfortable and Easy to Drive Experience, this ‘Nealey’ Encourages You to Get Out and Explore the Countryside.
