The Jaguar XK150 FHC was produced between 1957 and 1960 and was the last Jaguar Sports Coupe to be built using the Traditional Body on Chassis construction method before the introduction of the Semi-Monocoque construction used in the E-Type. Initially the XK150 range was powered by the existing 3.4 litre DOHC XK engine and later in 1960 with the new more powerful 3.8 litre version.

This 1960 3.4 Litre XK150 Fixed Head Coupe finished in Black with Burgundy Interior Trim and sitting on Sparkling Chrome Wire Wheels presents very well. According to an accompanying copy of the Heritage Trust Certificate this XK150 was built 22nd July 1960, and then dispatched on the 18th August 1960 for delivery new in the UK by Henly’s of London. The XK150 remained in the UK where it was subsequently restored before taking residence some time later in Germany and then in the US (Michigan) before finally being imported into Australia in 2011.

A file accompanying the Jaguar includes a copy of the Vehicle Import Approval, and various Invoices for Service and Repair work carried out in Australia since 2011. Copies of photographs show the Jaguar at various stages of the Comprehensive Bare Metal Respray and Retrim.

This XK150 FHC has both Great Period Performance and the Classic Styling which Jaguars are renowned for.
