ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION

Replacing the Original Austin Healey 100, the 100/6 was Introduced in August 1956, the New 6 Cylinder Healey Featured a Longer Wheelbase Allowing for 2+2 Seating, However Provided Disappointing Period Reviews, with the Early 6 Cylinder Engine Hampered by a Poor Cylinder Head Design, Resulting in Only 102bhp.

This Rare, Original Australian Delivered, Longbridge Built BN4 Presents Well, with its Dark Blue Paintwork Contrasted by the Supple Grey Leather Interior Trim with Dark Blue Carpets. The Original Steering Wheel has been Leather-Bound in Matching Grey Leather, and for Additional Driver Comfort on those Chilly Mornings, a Heater has been fitted. The Soft Top Hood is of Quality Fabric and Both the Sliding Perspex Sidescreens are in Good Condition.

This 100/6 Healey has been Uprated with a Later 3 Litre Engine, with 12 Port Cylinder Head, that Now Features Electronic Fuel Injection, Using Modified Triumph TR6 Throttle Bodies, Controlled by a Microtech LT8 ECU, with the Fuel being Fed by an EFI Hardware Fuel Tank and Pump.

To Support the Improved Performance the Healey is Also Fitted with: Electronic Ignition, Ceramic Coated Extractors, a Cable Operated Throttle, a HiTorque Starter Motor, a Spin On Oil Filter, a Thermatic Fan, an Alternator, a Brake Booster, Ventilated Front Disc Brakes, Volvo 4 Piston Brake Callipers and a Straight-Cut Gearset for the Original Side Shift Gearbox, Allowing Stronger Gear Meshing to Handle the Increased Load.
