Developed over many years of work to produce a strong, light upgrade, the DMD Austin Healey 3000 6 cylinder Engine Block represents the ultimate performance option for the Austin Healey enthusiast looking to improve performance and handling.

The Engine Block weighs almost half that of the original iron block and is available to three cylinder bore sizes.

The original iron block is 82kg (181lbs) without bearing caps.

The completed DMD Alloy Block with bearing caps made with Durallium (extruded aluminium) weighs 45.8kg (101lbs).
