Introduced in 1995 as BMW’s First Mass Produced Roadster, The Z3 Followed in the Foot Steps of the Z1, Utilising 3 Series Mechanicals Fitted to an All New Two Door, Two Seat Sports Roadster Body, Built in BMW’s Spartanburg Plant in South Carolina USA.

Just 2 Years Into Production ‘BMW M GmbH’ Released their Higher Performance, Higher Trim Variant the ‘M Roadster’. Featuring the S50B32 Inline 6, Straight from the E36 M3, Producing 316hp & 260lb.ft, as Opposed to the Top Specification Standard Z3 Producing Only 228hp and 221lb.ft.

Further Improvements Included: An Uprated ZF Type C 5 -Speed Gearbox, a Limited Slip Differential, Wider Rear Track, Lower Ride Height, Firmer Suspension, a Reinforced Subframe, E36 M3 Floating Rotor Four Wheel Vented Disc Brakes and ‘Roadstar’ Style 40 Alloy Wheels.

This M Roadster, Finished in Imola Rot(Red), with an Imola Red and Black Nappa Leather Interior was Sold New through Bib Stillwell BMW, Melbourne on the 7th of December 1998. Retaining it’s Original Books and History Spanning back to the Pre-Delivery Check in 1998.
