The Key Components Justifying the MKII Included: a Stronger, All-Synchro Gearbox, a New Rear Axle Design, an Alternator Replacing the Generator as well as a Move to Negative Earth.
This Glacier White 1972 Example Benefits from being a Later MkII with Greater Safety and Creature Comforts, these Include Headrests, Rubber Inserted Over-Riders Front & Rear, Face Level Vents and Fitment of the Optional Smiths Heater.
A Largely Standard Mechanical Package, with a Few Tasteful Upgrades this MkII is Now Fitted with: a Brake Booster, Full Stainless Steel Exhaust System Including Extractors, a 45DCOE152G Weber Carburettor and a Bosch Distributor, in Addition to the Factory Optioned Laycock Type LH Overdrive.
A Lovely MG, with Room to Improve the Eye Appeal in Both the Engine Bay and Boot, this B is a Very Sound Performer and has Benefited from Recent Maintenance and Mechanical Improvements, Providing a Fantastic Opportunity to get into a High Level MGB, with Great Presentation and Strong Reliable Performance, Without Paying the Premium for a Concours Standard Example.
