The Second Generation of Australian designed Fairlanes, the ZF was introduced in 1972, with its styling derived from the all Australian XA Falcon, featuring quad headlights, and available in base ‘Custom’ or top ‘500’ badging.

Sold new through Peter Warren Ford of Liverpool NSW, this K-Code (351ci Cleveland equipped) Fairlane is finished in its original colour scheme of ‘Kelly Green Metallic’ with contrasting ‘Parchment’ trim.

Purchased by the most recent owner in 2021 the Fairlane has undergone a sympathetic restoration including suspension work, exhaust replacement, brake system overhauling, grille replacement, wheels and hubcaps, reconditioned transmission and a Victorian roadworthy.

Fitted with an alloy Edelbrock intake manifold and a 600 CFM 4 Barrel Holley carburettor, the ZF is comfortable to drive, with the ease of both power steering and power assisted brakes.

Having travelled only ~1,500km since completion, this Kelly Green Fairlane is ready to used and enjoyed for club cruises or even the school pickup.
