VERY ORIGINAL GENUINE AUSTRALIAN COOPER S

After the 1959 Debut of the Revolutionary, Morris Mini-Minor, it was just a Short 2 Years before John Cooper Introduced to the World, the First Mini “Cooper”, with the “S” following a Further 2 Years Later, in 1963.

September 1965 Marked the Introduction of Australia’s Cooper S, Imported by BMC in CKD (Completely Knocked Down) Form, and Assembled Using Local Components to Our very own Specification, Including Wind up Windows with Pivoting Quarter Lights and Hydrolastic Suspension.

This Australian 1970 Cooper S MkII presents as Very Original in the Classic Combination of Crystal White with a Light Blue Vinyl Interior. The Very Original Cabin Features the almost Obligatory Dash Mounted Smiths Tachometer and still has its Original BMC Steering Wheel and Full Set of four BMC Rubber Floor Mats.

The File Accompanying the Cooper S shows that it was in the Same Family Ownership from 1970 until 1998 near Bathurst, an iconic place for the Mini Cooper S with the second owner having the Mini up until 2015.
