On its Release the MGB became an Instant Success. The Path had been Set for a Series of Cars which would Continue in Production for 18 Years, Selling over 500,000 Examples. Its Clean Lines, Proportions and Relatively Simple Mechanicals were a Hit with Enthusiasts, of All Skill Levels.

The GT was First Released in 1965 with their Coupe Styling Offering Many Advantages Including: Reduced Road Noise, a Weatherproof Cabin, a Much Larger Amount of Usable Storage Room, Rear Seats and Most Importantly a Lockable and Secure Cabin.

Built in October 1970, this Dark British Racing Green GT Presents Well with Lovely Chrome Accents, Including Bolt On Wire Wheels, Front & Rear Bumpers and Window Frames. The Interior is Finished in Two Tone Brown Vinyl and Tan Fabric, with a Sliding Vinyl Britax Weathershield Sunroof, Trimmed in Black on the Exterior, and Alabaster in the Interior, Matching the Headlining.

Mechanically Very Standard, the B GT is Optioned with Both a Smiths Heater and Overdrive, Providing Comfortable Touring on Long Range Winter Touring, Without Stressing the Engine/Gearbox with High Revs or Wind Chill.
