RED MkII WITH OVERDRIVE – GET IN AND DRIVE!

Introduced in 1968 the MkII MGB Marked a Major Mechanical Facelift of the Existing MGB, Worthy of Denotation as a Separate Model, Without any Major Appearance Changes. The Key Components Justifying the MKII Included: a Stronger, All-Synchro Gearbox, a New Rear Axle Design, an Alternator Replacing the Generator as well as a Move to Negative Earth.

With Invoice History Spanning Back to 2004, this MG B Received a Lot of early Attention, bringing the British Classic up to it’s Reliable Standard, with Later Invoices Showing only Minor Service Work As Required, Including a New Windscreen, New Brake Master Cylinder, New Battery and a New Fuel Pump.

Presented For Sale in ‘Get In And Drive’ Condition, the MG Performs Well, with Smooth Power Delivery and a Nice Tight Gearbox, Featuring Gear Knob Operated Overdrive.

The Iconic Red Bodywork and Black Interior Present Well on First Impression, with a Closer Inspection Showing Room For Improvement. A Standard that will Suit a Buyer Intending to Get Out and Explore their local Countryside, Wanting to Draw Attention When Going Out to pick up a paper and a takeaway coffee as well as one Desiring a Weekend Project to Polish and Improve.
