The MGA is Still Today Regarded as One of Britain’s Most Iconic Cars, True to the Classic Formula of Classic Sports Car Motoring – 2 Seats, Convertible, Spirited Engine, Good Brakes and Steering in a Light Aerodynamic Body.

The MGA was the First MG to be Built with the Body to be Made Entirely from Pressed Steel Panels Welded Together, Resulting in a Significantly Stronger and Stiffer Body Unit, Unlike the Earlier MG’s (TC,TD,TF etc) with their Combinations of Steel and Wood. The Stylish MGA was Exceptionally Popular with Approximately 101,000 Units Produced Between 1955 and 1962.

This Lovely MGA 1500 Presents Exceptionally Well having Seen Considerable Expenditure on Both the Body and Paintwork, Finished in Lustrous Red and Highlighted with Sparkling Chrome Wire Wheels. The Cockpit has been Retrimmed, with Contrasting Black/Red Seats and Black carpets. The Original Dash has been Replaced with a Beautifully Made Custom Timber Unit whilst a Moto-Lita Wood-Rim Steering Wheel Completes the Classic Style.

The Responsive 1500cc Four Cylinder Engine Coupled to the Precise Four Speed Gearbox Provides Lovely Period Performance, Propelling the Lightweight and Nimble MGA up to the Speed Limit, and Above.

The ’72-820′ Number Plates are Not Included in the Sale, and Will Not be Separated from the A, but May be Purchased With the MG at an Extra Cost.
